Set Sail for Summer GiveAway: The Title Link GiveAway Official Rules
  1. Eligibility: The Set Sail for Summer GiveAway: The Title Links Contest (hereinafter referred to as “the GiveAway”) is open to the public. No purchase is required to enter or win. Participants must be legal residents of Florida and provide proof of residency upon request. Employees of The Title Link, Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate household family members are not eligible to participate. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  1. How to Enter: Participants must enter the GiveAway by signing up for The Title Link’s Newsletter to receive the first entry. Up to 4 additional entries may be submitted.  Follow The Title Link on Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram for one entry per platform. To enter, participants must complete the required actions as outlined above. Each participant is eligible for up to 5 entries in total. Entries will be randomly selected to determine the winners. Those who are signed up for the Newsletter prior to the GiveAway period are automatically entered.
  1. GiveAway Period: The GiveAway begins on 4/23/2024 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 7/4/24 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “GiveAway Period”).
  1. Prize: The grand prize for the GiveAway consists of: Two (2) tickets to the Naples Princess Dinner Cruise, Two (2) tickets to Miss Naples Beach Shelling Trip, and One (1) half day boat rental from Port-O-Call Boat Rentals. The total approximate retail value of the grand prize is $700. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except by the sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
  1. Winner Selection:  Winner will be selected by random selection from all eligible entries received during the GiveAway Period. Each participant’s total entries (up to 5) will be included in the random selection.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  1. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email or direct message within 10 days of the end of the Contest Period. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 5 days and may be required to provide proof of residency. If the potential winner fails to respond within the specified time or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  1. General Conditions: By participating in the GiveAway, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Title Link, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the GiveAway or receipt or use of any prize. The Title Link reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or interferes with the GiveAway in any manner. The Title Link is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the GiveAway. The Title Link reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the GiveAway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the GiveAway, as determined by The Title Link in its sole discretion. The GiveAway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participants must be on the newsletter mailing list at the time the GiveAway period ends.
  1. Winner List: To obtain a copy of the winner list or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request to Info@TheTitleLink.com. Requests must be received within 5 days after the end of the GiveAway Period.
  1. Sponsor: The GiveAway is sponsored by The Title Link, 3531 Bonita Bay Blvd Suite 100; Bonita Springs, FL 34134. By participating in the GiveAway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the GiveAway.
