Randi Benge is the driving force behind The Title Link, serving as its President-CEO and Escrow Officer, with over two decades of experience in the title industry. Since 1999, Randi has embraced diverse roles within the title industry, gaining expertise in both residential and commercial real estate closings. From her earliest days to her current leadership position, she has remained steadfast in her commitment to providing clients with unparalleled service, rooted in genuine care and unwavering dedication.

Randi’s reputation precedes her, characterized by her infectious energy, affable nature, and steadfast reliability. She is a beacon of reliability and professionalism in her field. While others may commend her for her wealth of knowledge and professionalism, Randi sees herself as someone with a deep-seated passion for serving clients with the utmost care and attention. Mark F. Suchy – A seasoned entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the private and public sectors with a strong understanding of business investment and finance at all levels. Mark’s broad knowledge of working with these diverse markets has resulted in the nurturing of productive business relationships throughout the Midwest and most recently on the Gulf Coast of Florida. In addition, Mark’s strong understanding of business finance, along with a five-year involvement with a large Midwest bank, has allowed him greater awareness of the financial aspect of business at all levels. This business experience along with a well-established and very dynamic network of extremely talented business professionals has led to current associations with public and privately held companies that deal with real estate development, construction and rehabilitation along with product lines in the medical field, food Industries, hotel management, international cargo logistics, water solutions along with fire safety and prevention.
DeAnn Suchy is a driven professional with experience and education in the financial industry, small business, and the real estate sector.

Hailing from Illinois, DeAnn previously worked in the banking industry for over 25 years, gaining most of her business knowledge by working her way up from customer service representative to assistant vice president and sales manager. Throughout this time, she obtained her Series 7 and 66 investment licenses to become a financial advisor with a well-known investment firm. Her passion to excel prompted DeAnn to open her own small business upon moving to Naples. She offered packing, shipping, and moving services along with many additional products through a storefront operation. She later converted the business to a company called Box & Freight which remains active today dealing with small freight demands, and car hauling.

Even as she grew her small business, DeAnn’s passion for the real estate industry remained prevalent in her mind. In 2010, she obtained her real estate sales associate license and began working as a REALTOR® in Southwest Florida. As she grew her business, she pursued further education, and she obtained her Florida real estate broker’s license in 2015 and in North Carolina two years later. DeAnn is a member of the Bonita Springs-Estero Realtors®, holds the Commitment to Excellence endorsement from the National Association of Realtors® and the prestigious Graduate Realtor® Institute designation (GRI)

As a now deemed “Closing Concierge”, DeAnn consistently provides her customers with honest, useful, and reliable information. Understanding that communication is the key to success, she takes pride in her ability to listen to the needs of her customers and guide them through their transactions.

Residing in both North Naples, Florida and part-time in Maggie Valley, North Carolina, DeAnn has served as the treasurer on the board of trustees for B.E.R.’s Home Foundation and served several years as a director on the board of the Bonita Springs Estero Realtors®. She Supports the Alzheimer’s Association and served as the Chair person for the inaugural Best Buddies of Southwest Florida Champion of the Year Gala in 2019 and has volunteered for numerous other non-profit organizations.

Joe is a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in the industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Joe has honed his skills in interpersonal communication, making him a master at connecting with clients from the very beginning of a real estate transaction.

Joe facilitates seamless connections and clear communication throughout the entire process. From the initial stages to closing day, he stands by the clients’ side, ensuring they navigate the complex nature of real estate transactions to close with peace of mind.

Beyond his dedication to his profession, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, fully living the laid-back Southwest Florida lifestyle. Whether it’s kayaking the Imperial River, having a day at the beach, or walking the neighborhood with his dog Bear, he embraces every moment with gratitude.
